Biometrics Form Update: We have not been provided a full answer about accepting an alternative form of proof of the screening. GO states the issue has been escalated to Butler Health and the form is the same form that has been used for years to employees to receive the $150 credit. The credit is not the same as the % amount paid for insurance.

Biometrics Screening Proof Update: This form (it is the same form they have used for the years they have worked through BHP for benefits) is being addressed with both legal teams. Both teams agree in the matter that Great Oaks does not have an incentive program that includes a review of the results.
GOPO raised the issue about changing the form and it has now been escalated to Butler Health. At this time, Great Oaks states they will not be creating other forms and continue to using BHP’s.
We continue to await an answer about the district’s position of this form (for on-site screenings Or the outside provider screenings) being the only means of providing proof of the screening.
Great Oaks is only receiving information on whether an employee participated in the biometric screening program.

Biometric Screening Proof - we have received conflicting reports regarding the level of proof required for the 5% incentive on insurance premiums. This issue has been escalated to our legal team for further review. Biometric screenings are proven to be proactive in health and reduce risks. The authorization for "Premise Health to disclose the results to my employer" is NOT a part of the agreed contract language. Check back for updates.

Salary Placement / contract interpretation has been escalated to our legal team. Please submit your salary meeting details to this form to assist us in helping and reporting both positive and negative results to date: Salary Meetings Fall '23 Follow-up Form
Turn in your Payroll Deduction Forms for the '23 - '24 GOPO Membership Dues to us on by Friday, September 15th. We will submit them to the GO Treasurer office by the deadline. The total for annual dues are $480 and will be divided into 14 paychecks starting in November if you prefer through payroll deduction. To be eligible to vote on officer and work location representatives, membership forms are due by 10/15 if paying by cash, check, or credit card. The total annual dues are $480.
September Labor Management Committee minutes have been posted to the GOPO OneSource. Please submit agenda items to be discussed at the October meeting by 9/22/23.
